We take American favorites and add some serious Southwest Flavor! Our menu features signature Puffy Tacos, mouthwatering burgers, mini brisket sliders, enchiladas, and savory wraps drizzled with creative sauces and for a healthy option gourmet salads. We take our food seriously and that means only using ingredients that meet a high standard of quality you can trust.
You could say I'm looking to accomplish a dream and to do what I'm meant to. I've put my heart and soul into every recipe, planning out how to best execute each dish with the resources I have while using the freshest ingredients available. At Toros we know that as a restaurant we have access to the best quality ingredients and feel I owe it to our customers to use them. Our beef burgers, steaks and entrees use Iowa Premium beef, a company of local farmers who believe premium beef starts with the best care, feeding and nutrition for the animals. I believe this shows in the quality and flavor of each recipe. Our produce is also top quality because we use only the best of the best growers and pickers. My suppliers get top pick and ensure the produce I serve is grown far from roads shielded from gravel and vehicle pollution. This makes me even more proud to add a little of my favorite
pico de gallo to so many of my dishes.
I have more than twenty years of restaurant management and consulting experience, and I'm out to do what I love in my hometown with my family by my side. I've assembled a team of cooks I've known my whole career and together we are tasked with delivering on this great dream. The goal is not to only to provide good food, but to also provide something different using a combination of flavors not traditional to Midland. Each time you enter our restaurant I want you to feel welcome and comfortable. So I've chosen Becky Sotelo, the best Front Manager possible to make sure of it.
